Sipologist Social Terms and Conditions
As an independent company, Sipologist Social design their events and classes to suit their customers and choose wines and drinks appropriate to the situation with no affiliation to any retailer or drinks company.
Sipologist Social makes every effort to ensure all information supplied is correct at all times. We reserve the right to change to location, times, tutors and fees of any course where necessary. All attempts will be made to notify those affected. Prices on external websites will differ depending on event and location.
By making a booking, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below
For all events (even if your voucher has a specific event listed), your booking is not confirmed until you register via email or phone. This should be done as early as possible and at least 3 days prior to the event you wish to attend.
Payment and refunds
Full class and course fees are to be paid at time of enrolment. Any other arrangements are at the discretion of Sipologist Social.
Refunds are available in full if a request is made in writing 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will be issued once bank details are provided. Refunds are not available on gift vouchers.
You may transfer your enrolment to another date as long as the request is made in writing 14 days prior to the event. With less notice, we will try our best to accommodate you but there may limitations due to other bookings.
Gift Cards and Delivery
Gift Cards will be sent to the nominated person by email within 2 working days or Royal Mail within 5 working days of purchase depending on the delivery option requested or unless subsequent communication is made with the purchaser.
Gift Cards expire one year from date of purchase.
Gift Cards can be exchanged for the class stated on the gift. If another class is requested this is at the discretion of Sipologist Social and may include a charge. Refunds or change are not available on gift cards.
Courses are delivered on the dates and locations stated in the description from the website links. You will be notified by email and telephone if any changes occur.
Sipologist Social is committed to protecting your privacy and recognises its responsibility to keep personal details and payment information confidential. Any information obtained will never be disclosed to any third parties and will be processed through secure systems.
